Dates, Times Set for Ole Miss-Auburn Super Regional Showdown

OXFORD, Miss. — The road to Omaha now has a schedule.

The NCAA announced Monday the game times and television information for the upcoming Auburn Super Regional, where Ole Miss and Auburn will meet in a best-of-three series with a trip to the College World Series on the line.

The series will begin Friday, June 5, at 7 p.m. CT from Plainsman Park in Auburn, Alabama. Game one will be televised nationally on ESPN2.

Game two is scheduled for Saturday, June 6, at 4 p.m. CT and will air on ESPN.

If necessary, a winner-take-all game three will be played Sunday. The start time and television designation for the deciding game will be announced at a later date.

Ole Miss advanced to the Super Regional round after capturing the Lincoln Regional championship this past weekend. The Rebels opened the tournament with a dramatic 14-inning victory over Arizona State before knocking off regional host Nebraska and then defeating the Sun Devils again in Sunday’s championship game.

Auburn earned the right to host after winning its regional at Plainsman Park, setting up an all-SEC showdown with a berth in the College World Series at stake.

The Rebels will be looking to return to Omaha for the first time since their magical 2022 run that culminated in the program’s first national championship.
