Ole Miss Baseball Transfer Portal Tracker: Latest Additions and Departures for the Diamond Rebels

OXFORD, Miss. — Ole Miss’ season may have ended in Omaha, but roster construction is already well underway.

With the MLB Draft approaching and a significant portion of the Rebels’ pitching staff expected to move on to professional baseball, Mike Bianco and his staff have been aggressive in the transfer portal. At the same time, Ole Miss continues working to retain key returning pieces from a roster that advanced to the College World Series.

Below is the latest look at the Rebels’ transfer portal activity heading into the summer. Last Updated: June 20, 2026

TRANSFER POSITION PLAYERS COMMITTED TO OLE MISS

C Brady Dallimore (TCU)

Committing on Saturday, June 20 , Dallimore is one of the most impactful additions to date. He arrives in Oxford after an impressive freshman season with the Horned Frogs.

The Big 12 All-Freshman selection hit .270 with eight home runs and 23 RBIs while starting 33 games. Dallimore brings legitimate power to the lineup and gives Ole Miss another option behind the plate as well as at designated hitter.

INF/OF Blake Fields (Houston)

Fields, who committed Saturday, June 20, started 53 games as a freshman for Houston and quickly established himself as one of the Cougars’ most reliable hitters.

He finished the season batting .261 with three home runs and 26 RBIs while showing outstanding plate discipline, drawing 34 walks against just 29 strikeouts. His versatility and defensive reliability should give the Rebels multiple options for utilizing him next season.

1B Trey Hawsey (Louisiana Tech)

Few incoming players bring a more established offensive résumé. The former Louisiana Tech standout earned All-Conference USA honors twice and posted a career-best .335 batting average in 2026 while adding 15 home runs and 47 RBIs.

A fellow West Monroe High School product like Hayden Federico, Hawsey projects as a middle-of-the-order bat capable of making an immediate impact.

TRANSFER PITCHERS COMMITTED TO OLE MISS

LHP Eli Pillsbury (Jacksonville State)

Pillsbury enters Oxford after one of the most productive seasons of any pitcher currently in the portal. The First-Team All-Conference USA selection made 16 starts for Jacksonville State, posting a 4.07 ERA while striking out 89 batters across 77.1 innings.

His durability and ability to miss bats make him an early candidate for a weekend rotation role.

RHP Mavrick Rizy (LSU)

A former top-115 national prospect according to Perfect Game, Rizy spent two seasons at LSU before entering the portal. Over 44 appearances, he recorded 57 strikeouts in 46 innings while gaining valuable SEC experience.

RHP Brent Stukes (USC Upstate)

Stukes arrives after an 8-3 campaign in which he logged 78 innings and struck out 56 batters. His experience as a starter gives Ole Miss another proven option as the Rebels rebuild their rotation.

RHP Charlie Willcox (Georgia Tech)

Willcox is one of the more intriguing developmental additions of the cycle. The former Perfect Game Top-100 prospect possesses a power arm and multiple years of remaining eligibility. While his freshman numbers at Georgia Tech were inconsistent, Ole Miss is betting on his upside and long-term potential.

LHP Charlie Foster (Mississippi State)

Foster, who also committed Saturday, June 20, brings SEC experience after spending two seasons with the Bulldogs.

Used as both a starter and reliever during his career in Starkville, the Georgia native accumulated 54 strikeouts and offers valuable versatility for pitching coach Joel Mangrum.

PLAYERS ENTERING THE PORTAL

INF/OF Brayden Randle

Randle’s departure represents one of the most significant losses of the offseason so far.

The versatile junior began the year as Ole Miss’ starting shortstop before eventually helping spark the Rebels’ postseason run from a variety of roles, including the outfield. He hit .259 with 23 RBIs and delivered several key moments, including a walk-off hit against Arizona State in the Lincoln Regional and a home run in Omaha against Troy.

OF Tate Sirmans

After redshirting in 2025, Sirmans appeared in 25 games during the 2026 season, hitting two home runs and driving in three runs.

LHP Noah Allen

Allen showed promise in limited action as a freshman, posting a 2.89 ERA while recording 12 strikeouts against only two walks in eight appearances.

RHP Blake Ilitch

Ilitch did not appear in a game during his freshman season.

KEY RETURNERS ALREADY ANNOUNCED

OF Hayden Federico

Perhaps the biggest offseason retention victory thus far came when Federico announced he would return to Oxford for another season.

The center fielder hit .302 in 2026 and led the Rebels with a .429 on-base percentage. Among the four Ole Miss players who appeared in every game this season, Federico is the only one expected back after Judd Utermark, Will Furniss, and Tristan Bissetta exhausted their eligibility.

His return gives the Rebels a proven leadoff hitter, veteran leader, and elite defensive presence in center field.

Other Potential Core Pieces

Ole Miss is expected to build around several returning contributors, including shortstop Owen Paino and catcher Austin Fawley. The status of Dom Decker remains one of the bigger offseason storylines to watch.

MLB DRAFT WATCH

While the portal remains active, the MLB Draft could have an even greater impact on next year’s roster.

Several Rebels are expected to begin professional careers next month, potentially including Cade Townsend, Taylor Rabe, Hudson Calhoun, Wil Libbert, and Landon Koenig, all of whom received invitations to the MLB Draft Combine.

Those expected departures explain why Bianco and Mangrum have prioritized pitching additions early in the portal cycle.

THE BOTTOM LINE

The Rebels entered the offseason with one primary challenge: replacing a veteran roster that returned Ole Miss to Omaha. The work is far from complete, but the early returns have been encouraging.

Ole Miss has already added experience, power, and depth across the diamond while aggressively attacking the pitching market. With the MLB Draft still ahead and the portal remaining active, expect this tracker to continue evolving throughout the summer as Bianco and his staff work to assemble the roster for another postseason run.
