Television Windows Announced for 2026 Ole Miss Football Season
BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (Release)– Approximate television windows and assignments for the upcoming Ole Miss football season have been set, as the Southeastern Conference and ESPN announced on Wednesday.
Television start time windows for Weeks 4-14 are defined as follows:
— Early: 11 a.m. to noon CT start
— Afternoon: 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. CT start
— Night: 5 to 7 p.m. CT start
— Flex: Games flexed between the afternoon (2:30-3:30 p.m.) and night (5-7 p.m.) windows
For all listed windows (early, afternoon, night, flex), the exact start time within such window(s) will be confirmed no later than six days prior unless otherwise noted below.
Four other start times have already been announced, as the Rebels will open the 2026 regular season against Louisville in the inaugural Music City Kickoff at Nissan Stadium in Nashville, Tennessee, on Sunday, Sept. 6. The game is set for primetime on ABC at 6:30 p.m. CT.
Start times for the Rebels home opener against Charlotte and matchup with LSU have also been previously set. The Rebels host Charlotte on either ESPN2 or SEC Network on Saturday, Sept. 12 at 6:45 p.m. CT and face LSU at 6:30 p.m. CT on ABC. Additionally, the annual Battle for the Golden Egg (Nov. 27) against Mississippi State is set for 11 a.m. CT and will air on ABC.
Week four at Florida (Sept. 26) is set for a flex window, and will occur either in the afternoon (2:30-3:30 p.m.) or night (5-7 p.m.). Following a bye week, the Rebels game at Vanderbilt (Oct. 10) is also set for the same window. Both games have yet to be assigned a television spot.
The Rebels will host Missouri on Oct. 17 in a game that is set for an afternoon slot at either 2:30 or 3:30 p.m. CT. The Rebels are set to face Missouri for the first time since 2019.
The following week, the Rebels travel to Texas (Oct. 24) and will compete against the Longhorns during the flex window, in either the afternoon (2:30-3:30 p.m.) or at night (5-7 p.m.).
The Halloween day matchup at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium against Auburn is set for the early window at either 11 a.m. or noon CT. From there, the Rebels host Georgia on Nov. 7 in the flex window and follow that up by traveling to Oklahoma for a Nov. 14 showdown in the afternoon window of 2:30 p.m. or 3:30 p.m. CT.
The Rebels will conclude non-conference action by hosting Wofford on Saturday, Nov. 21. That matchup is slated for 11 a.m. CT and will be streamed via SEC Network Plus.
