Former Ole Miss Wide Receiver De’Zhaun Stribling Selected by San Francisco in 2026 NFL Draft
OXFORD, Miss. — Former Ole Miss wide receiver De’Zhaun Stribling becomes the first Rebel off the board in this year’s NFL Draft, being selected by the San Francisco 49ers with the first pick of the second round at No. 33 overall.

Stribling became a Ole Miss star in his solo season in Oxford to conclude his career, putting his stamp on some of the most historic moments of the Rebels 2025 season.
The 6’2″, 207-pound wideout displayed next-level talent all season with his size and speed combo, as well as his great jump ball ability, with the ability to make guys miss after the catch. He collected 55 receptions, 811 yards and 6 touchdowns for Ole Miss last season.
The Hawaiian native becomes the 24th Rebel receiver all-time to be selected in the NFL Draft.
Prior to his time in Oxford, Stribling played for Oklahoma State and Washington State. In his career at the two schools, he totaled 161 receptions (66 OSU, 95 WSU), 2,153 yards (1080 OSU, 1073 WSU), and 17 touchdowns (7 OSU, 10 WSU).
Stribling, as well as the other Rebels to follow him over the weekend, will enter their first camps as part of NFL rosters, but this was the first step toward what they hope are long and successful careers.
