Ole Miss gets commit from 2025 four-star linebacker Corey Amos on Rebels’ Junior Day
OXFORD, Miss. — Ole Miss football welcomed plenty of its top targets to Oxford on Saturday for the Rebels’ annual Junior Day. Head coach Lane Kiffin and staff are looking to continue to build strong relationships with many of the nation’s top prospects, showing them the winning culture in Oxford.
The buzz certainly has been quite positive as The Rebel Walk has visited with a number of the prospects after the Saturday visit.
By sunset, Ole Miss had made quite the statement, earning its first commit for 2025 from four-star linebacker Corey “The HeadHunter” Amos.

Amos chose Ole Miss over offers from Miami, Michigan, Mississippi State, Penn State, Tulane, Missouri, Texas-San Antonio, Central Florida, Louisiana Tech, Louisiana-Lafayette and others.
The 6-foot-2, 200 pound beast out of Opelousas High School in Louisiana stands as the No. 30th overall linebacker in nation for the 2025 class and the No.6 overall athlete to come out of Louisiana.
Just looking at how he operates on the field, we can also call Amos Mr. Disrupter. He played a pivotal role this past season defensively to help Opelousas bring home its first state championship, and he will be a tone-setter in bringing plenty more 2025 talent to the Sip.

The Rebs are off to a heck of start as they finished the 2024 recruiting cycle with the No. 1 transfer class in the country and are now off to a strong start with the 2025 class.
Hotty Toddy and Welcome to the Sip, Corey! This might not be the only commitment of the weekend, so stay tuned!
