Location: mTrade Park – 328 Hwy. 314 (328 Old Sardis Rd.)
Date: July 24, 2021

The Rebel Walk asked Sanogo what made his teammates and him think of doing a camp.
“I actually got the idea from of a friend of mine in the league (NFL) named Eno Benjaman who had a camp last month,” Sanogo said. “When I saw how many kids showed up, I realized there are kids who would really love to interact with us, to play with us, and to learn from us.”
If your child is just outside the 6-12 range, don’t worry. He/she can still attend. “The age range is 6-12, but we will be splitting them into groups based on age, so it will be fine if there are kids a little younger or a little older,” Sanogo added.
It means a great deal to these Rebels to be able to mentor and coach kids.
“It’s an awesome opportunity to positively impact the youth of Mississippi. When I was in middle school, I thought the high school players were superheroes, so a good experience with us can make these kids fall in love with the game.”
