UPDATE: HOW TO HELP KD HILL

The Rebel Walk has been asked by so many wonderful Ole Miss fans how they can help KD as he recovers. We have been in contact with KD’s mom, Arneta Williams, and asked her the best way for Rebels to make donations if they would like to do so.

  1. Donations may be made via Zelle. The e-mail address to use for KD in Zelle is: hillkadarian@gmail.com OR
  2. CashApp: KD Hill’s Cash App is $KDHill5

OXFORD, Miss. — Former Ole Miss defensive lineman and Chucky Mullins Courage Award Winner KD Hill is in stable condition in an Alabama hospital after being involved in a car accident in Alabama early Friday.  His brother was also in the car with him, but thankfully there were no fatalities.

The Rebel Walk messaged with KD’s mother Sunday evening and she updated us on both him and his brother. “KD and his brother are doing great! Thank you all for checking on my son,” Ms. Williams texted.

Hill was the 2022 recipient of the Chucky Mullins Courage Award and wore the accompanying No. 38. He had been invited to training camp with the New York Jets and had recently signed with the Orlando Guardians of the XFL.

The Rebel Walk has been told Hill’s injuries are likely career-ending, but he is in good spirits.

Hill redshirted his freshman year with the Rebels and then went on to play in 45 games, tallying 56 tackles, four tackles for loss, and one sack.

In 2022, when Hill was honored with the Chucky Mullins Courage Award, he made his mark on Rebel fans everywhere with the phone call to his mother letting her know he had won the award given annually to an upperclassman defensive player who embodies the spirit and courage of the late Mullins.

The Rebel Walk was fortunate to interview KD’s mom, Arneta Williams, last fall about her son and what a special young man he is. (Click HERE for that article.)

Our prayers and those of Rebel Nation are with KD as he recovers. We will update you as information becomes available.
