Rebels land at No. 17 in preseason AP football rankings
The Associated Press released its preseason Top 25 college football rankings Sunday, and Ole Miss will pick up where it left off last year–literally. The Rebels are ranked No. 17 in the preseason poll, exactly where they ended the 2014 season.
Three Southeastern Conference teams are in the top 10: Alabama (3), Auburn (6) and Georgia (9). Five SEC West teams are in the top 25.
Overall, eight SEC teams are in the top 25, with LSU (14), Ole Miss (17), Arkansas (18), Missouri (24) and Tennessee (25) rounding out the list.
