Ole Miss Baseball headed to Lincoln Regional; Rebels begin play vs. Arizona State
OXFORD, Miss. — The 2026 Road to Omaha was announced on Monday morning, and Ole Miss has been selected as the No. 2 seed in the Lincoln Regional. Ole Miss will take on regional No. 3 seed Arizona State (37-19) on Friday at 8:00 p.m. CTÂ on ESPN2.
Ole Miss joins host and No. 13 overall seed Nebraska (42-15), South Dakota State (24-31), and Arizona State (37-19) in the regional.

Each regional consists of four teams playing in a double-elimination format. Regional winners will advance to best-of-three Super Regionals, with those eight winners advancing to the College World Series.
For super regional play, the Lincoln Regional is paired with the Auburn Regional. If No. 4 overall seed Auburn wins its regional, it would also host the super regional.
Ole Miss comes into the NCAA Baseball Tournament 36-21 overall and 15-15 in the SEC. The Rebels’ run in the SEC Baseball Tournament ended early as they lost their first game to Missouri 10-8 in the single elimination tournament.
A nation-leading seven Southeastern Conference baseball programs were selected among 16 regional hosts for the NCAA Baseball Championship, according to an announcement Sunday by the NCAA Division I Baseball Championship Subcommittee.
The seven SEC schools named as NCAA Regional hosts were Alabama, Auburn, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi State, Texas and Texas A&M.
