Ole Miss falls one spot to No. 14 in College Football Playoff Rankings; Three SEC teams in Playoffs
OXFORD, Miss. — Ole Miss football dropped one spot to No. 14 in this final CFP rankings before bowl games are played.
SMU, who lost on a last-second field goal to Clemson yesterday in the ACC championship game, edged out Alabama for a spot in the playoffs.
The SEC finishes with seven teams in the CFP rankings, four in the top 12, and three in the college football playoffs: Georgia (2), Texas (3), Tennessee (7), Alabama (11), Ole Miss (14), South Carolina (15), and Missouri (19).
