Ole Miss Football NFL Draft Tracker 2024 | Here’s Where the Rebels are Headed

OXFORD, Miss. — With the 2024 NFL Draft, Ole Miss football is adding to the number of Rebels in the ranks of the NFL. Bookmark this page as we will update it as Rebs are selected. (Last updated April 28, 2024 at 6:00 p.m.)

While Lane Kiffin’s team is returning most of its team for what the players are calling the “last dance” season, there are still a number of talented Rebels to watch who are looking to fulfill their pro dreams. EDGE Cedric Johnson, safety Daijahn Anthony and cornerback Deantre Prince all were invited to the NFL Combine and each heard their names called in this year’s Draft (see below).

There are also a number of highly-skilled Ole Miss players expected to land as undrafted free agents.

Fifth Round

CB Deantre Prince – Drafted by Jacksonville Jaguars

Ole Miss DB Deantre Prince was drafted in the 5th round by the Jacksonville Jaguars with the 153rd overall pick. The Charleston, Mississippi native finished his career at Ole Miss with 146 tackles and six interceptions. Click HERE to read more. 

Sixth Round

DE Cedric Johnson – Drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals

Ole Miss defensive lineman Cedric Johnson has been drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals in the 6th round with the 214th overall pick.

Seventh Round

Safety Daijahn Anthony – Drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals

Ole Miss safety Daijahn Anthony has been drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals in the 7th round of the 2024 NFL Draft with the 224th overall pick. He joins former Ole Miss teammate as the newest Bengals. Click HERE to read more about Daijahn. 

Here are Rebels who could likely get shots as UDFA (Undrafted free agents). We’ll update these as their announcements are made:

DE Isaac Ukwu – Undrafted free agent deal with Detroit Lions

Ukwu transfered in from James Madison, and spent one season at Ole Miss. In a reserve role, he notched 30 tackles and 3.5 sacks.

LB Jeremiah Jean-Baptiste – Signed as Undrafted Free Agent with Chargers

Jean-Baptiste transferred in from UCF and tallied 54 tackles and 4.5 TFLs for Ole Miss last season. Look for NFL teams to like his size and aggressiveness.

WR Dayton Wade – Signed as Undrafted Free Agent with Baltimore Ravens

The shifty wide receiver finished 2023 with 830 receiving yards, ranking him in the SEC’s top 10.

DL Stephon Wynn – Undrafted Free Agent with Seattle Seahawks

Ole Miss defensive lineman Stephon Wynn is a 6-foot-4, 310-pound defensive tackle who transferred to Ole Miss from Nebraska prior to the start of the 2023 season. Prior to that, he played at Alabama. He saw action in 12 games for the Rebels.

QB Spencer Sanders – Invited to Kansas City Chiefs minicamp

Ole Miss quarterback Spencer Sanders, a four-year starter at Oklahoma State before transferring to the Rebels, has been invited to the Kansas City Chiefs’ minicamp, per his agent.

S DeShawn Gaddie – Undrafted Free Agent with Carolina Panthers

DeShawn saw action in all 13 games for Ole Miss in 2023. He tallied nine total tackles on the season with three pass breakups. He transferred to Ole Miss prior to the 2023 season from North Texas. He played 24 total snaps across defense and special teams in Ole Miss’ Peach Bowl victory and was also named to the Reese’s Senior Bowl watch list.

CB Zamari Walton – Undrafted free agent with Los Angeles Chargers

Walton transferred in from Georgia Tech and had a solid season last year for Ole Miss. He is known as a physical corner with athletic ability.

Ashanti Cistrunk – LB

Cistrunk finished 2023 with 71 tackles, ranking him second on the team. He also picked up 2.5 sacks and an interception. He was a five-year player for the Rebels.
