Rebel Recipes: Enjoy this four-ingredient breakfast casserole as Ole Miss takes on OU in early game

With an early kickoff (aka the Breakfast Game), it is the perfect time to share a recipe that is a hit at my house for breakfast, brunch, and even sometimes supper. It’s a four-ingredient breakfast casserole and a crowd pleaser. Let’s go Rebs!

Four-Ingredient Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

-1 roll of sausage, browned and drained
-1 sheet of crescent roll dough
-2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
-6 eggs, whisked together, and seasoned with salt and pepper

Directions

1) Heat oven to 350°.
2) Press crescent dough on the bottom of a 9×13” pan sprayed with nonstick spray.
3) Spread sausage atop crescent dough.
4) Pour eggs over sausage.
5) Sprinkle cheese over eggs.
6) Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
