Standing at 6-foot-7 and weighing 330 pounds, Wilkins possesses SEC size and potential, looking to make an immediate impact in Oxford. Earlier in the week, in an interview with The Rebel Walk’s Lee Ann Herring, Wilkins informed us he was looking for a “great culture” and a “family-oriented” team, which he’s found with the Rebels. Prior to his commitment, here’s what he had to say about Ole Miss offensive line coach John Garrison.
“I’ve had a really good conversation with Coach Garrison, and I like him as a person and coach. He’s coached a lot of guys that I look up to in the NFL today, and I thought that was pretty cool.”

The nephew of former NBA players Dominique Wilkins and Gerald Wilkins has shown that with his length, footwork, and athleticism, he is effective in both the rushing and passing offense. In addition to being able to compete for a starting spot, Wilkins also plans on bringing a leadership-oriented mentality with him to the Sip.
“I believe that I can bring leadership to the team.”

Through Da’Shawn Womack and PJ Wilkins, Lane Kiffin has landed two transfer portal targets that will enhance the defensive and offensive lines, respectively, and you can bet the Rebels’ head coach plans on getting many more over the next couple of days.
