Ole Miss safety Jadon Canady enters transfer portal
OXFORD, Miss. — Ole Miss safety Jadon Canady has entered the transfer portal, according to Pete Nakos.
Canady was a transfer to the Rebels from Tulane where he spent his first two seasons. He has notched 115 career tackles, 17 pass deflections and 2 interceptions. The 5-foot-10, 175-pound Canady will have one more year of eligibility as he looks to find his third team.
The Jacksonville, Florida native started in 11 of the Rebels’ 12 regular-season games in 2024. He notched 38 tackles and 11 pass break ups on the year, which was the second-most pass breakups on the team and a career-high.

TULANE: Appeared in 19 career games with the Green Wave … Saw action in seven games for Tulane, registering 20 tackles and also returned a fumble for a touchdown against Houston … Finished fourth on the team in total tackles with 55 in 2021 as a true freshman … Also picked off two passes.
