Ole Miss stays No. 5 in Coaches Poll, drops one spot to No. 6 in Associated Press Top 25
OXFORD, Miss. — Ole Miss remains No. 5 in the Coaches Poll for the week, but the Rebels dropped one spot to No. 6 in the Associated Press Top 25 rankings.
There are nine Southeastern Conference teams in the AP Top 25, with Texas leading the way in the No. 1 spot: 1) Texas, 2) Georgia, 4) Alabama, 5) Tennessee, 6) Ole Miss, 11) Missouri, 14) LSU, 21) Oklahoma, and 24) A&M.
Five of the top six teams in the nation are in the SEC.
