Ole Miss 2025 commit Corey Amos earns LB MVP honors at Under Armor Next Camp

OXFORD, Miss. — Fasten your seat belts, Rebels, because Spring is about to be an exciting time for Ole Miss on the recruiting trail. This past weekend some talented athletes — including Ole Miss commit Corey “the headhunter” Amos — were in the Lone Star state, taking advantage of an opportunity to continue to turn heads at the Under Armor Next Camp in Houston.

The Rebels first commitment of 2025, Amos got the attention of everyone there. The four-star linebacker out of Opelousas, LA did not disappoint as he showed up and showed out at Planet Ford Stadium.

Amos committed to Ole Miss over offers from Alabama, Miami, Michigan, Mississippi State, Penn State and others. He pledged to the Rebels back in February on his Junior Day visit.

Amos named linebacker MVP

The  6-foot-2, 200 pound beast, or “Mr. Disrupter,” as I like to call him, looked like a seasoned defender showing off his quickness, power and aggressive play at every stop as he earned UA Camp MVP honors at the linebacker position.

Amos currently stands as the No. 38 LB in the 2025 class and the No. 9 overall athlete out of the Boot. Congrats to Corey!

Stay tuned to The Rebel Walk for all your Ole Miss recruiting news. Hotty Toddy!
