Shark Snacks: Goal Line Guac!

OXFORD, Miss. — How about those Rebs?!

As much as I enjoyed the win over Louisville, I can’t wait to see my man Coach Kiffin back on the sidelines!

For this week’s recipe, we are mixing up some guacamole. Did y’all know over 45 million pounds of avocados are eaten on Super Bowl Sunday?? But why wait til February to enjoy this delicious gameday snack?!

Goal Line Guac

4 avocados, chopped
Juice of 4 limes
1 small tomato, diced
1/3 cup finely chopped red onion
1 fresh jalapeño, finely chopped, seeds removed
Salt to taste

-Mash avocado with a fork or a potato masher (I like some chunks of avocado, but you may like yours less chunky.)
-Stir in other ingredients.
-serve with tortilla chips
-Serves 6
