Ole Miss Combine Tracker: Keep Up with the Rebels at the 2026 NFL Combine

OXFORD, Miss. — After a historic season, where they made it to the semifinals of the college football playoffs, Ole Miss football is sending five players to the NFL Scouting Combine. The Combine is being held in Indianapolis, Indiana, at Lucas Oil Stadium. The event runs from February 23 through March 2, 2026, with on-field workouts and drills for over 300 prospects taking place from February 26 to March 1, 2026.

Bookmark this tracker as we will update it daily as the Rebels’ results are recorded. We’ll also post video of some of their performances.

The five former Ole Miss players invited to the Combine are: defensive tackle Zxavian Harris, offensive tackle Diego Pounds, wide receivers De’Zhaun Stribling and Harrison Wallace III and tight end Dae’quan Wright. These Rebels helped Ole Miss (13-2) finish the 2025 season ranked No. 3 in the AP Poll, the highest for the program since 1962.

As these five athletes showcase their skills and prowess in front of scouts and front office members, follow along here for live updates!

Players could arrive starting on Feb. 23, with the final group of players leaving Indianapolis on March 1. The first day, the aforementioned  Feb. 23 date, is for kickers, defensive linemen, and linebackers to get their medical evaluations and team interviews, an important part of the process as teams get to sit down and actually get to know the players, themselves.

General managers and coaches step in front of the media on Feb. 24. This is also the day that defensive backs and tight ends arrive for drills and interviews. As these players arrive, their measurables will be taken, one of the most important parts of the combine, as these offer a good indication of a given player’s potential in the league.

Wednesday, Feb. 25 is the arrival day that typically gets the most attention, as quarterbacks, wide receivers, and running backs arrive for their medicals and interviews. This is the last day players have to acclimate to the environment, as on-field drills begin on Thursday. By that point, teams would have had the opportunity to go in-depth with these players and get to know them on a personal level. These three days are some of the most crucial during the draft process, as a player needs to be good between the ears for an organization to really start taking a look at them.

2026 NFL Combine On-Field Schedule

  • Thursday, Feb. 26 (3-8 p.m. ET): Defensive linemen, linebackers
  • Friday, Feb. 27 (3-8 p.m. ET): Defensive backs, tight ends
  • Saturday, Feb. 28 (1-8 p.m. ET): Quarterbacks, wide receivers, running backs
  • Sunday, March 1 (1-5 p.m. ET): Offensive linemen

Defensive linemen

Zxavian Harris: Onfield Thursday, Feb. 26 (2-7 p.m. CT)

Overview from NFL:

Harris is a disruptive, alignment-versatile interior defender with mismatch traits and untapped potential. He often overwhelms single blocks and disrupts run schemes from a gap away. He wasn’t asked to two-gap at Ole Miss very often, but has the tools for the task. He’s a pocket-pushing rusher, but with better hand work he should see a boost in pressure production. While Harris can play 3-,4- and 5-techniques, his best NFL fit might be nose tackle.

Tight End

Dae’Quan Wright – TE: Onfield Friday, Feb. 27 (2-7 p.m. CT):

Overview from NFL Analyst Lance Zierlein

“Wright is a high-cut, tight-hipped tight end who can stretch the field vertically…He builds speed to threaten defenses, working the vertical limbs of the route tree. He can gain an advantage on linebackers when aligned outside. He’s big and strong enough to improve as a run blocker but needs better technique and commitment in that area. Wright projects as a Day 3 pick…”

Wide Receivers

De’Zhaun Stribling – WR: Onfield Saturday, Feb. 28 (Noon-7 p.m. CT)

Overview of Stribling from NFL Analyst Lance Zierlein

“Long-striding, vertical-access wideout with steady play and production. Stribling has good size and early acceleration to climb over the top of coverage…His downfield ball skills are above average….He has legit speed after the catch once he finds open grass. He’s also one of the most competitive run blockers in the WR class. Stribling projects as an immediate WR4 who could eventually work his way into a starting role.”

Harrison Wallace III – WR: Onfield Saturday, Feb. 28 (Noon-7 p.m. CT)

Overview from The Draft Network:

“Harrison “Tre” Wallace III, with his speed and acceleration, has the traits to be a vertical threat for an NFL offense. He consistently showcases the ability to create explosive plays down the field using his speed and quick acceleration. He possesses  high-end acceleration and true top-end speed, allowing him to run past defenders consistently. In an NFL offense, go routes, posts, and slot fades should be staple concepts to capitalize on his vertical ability. As a deep threat, Wallace has proven he can track the football effectively. Whether slowing down to adjust to an underthrown pass or maintaining full speed while tracking the ball over his shoulder, Wallace shows good ball skills and concentration to finish explosive plays down the field.”

Offensive Linemen

Diego Pounds – OL: Sunday, March 1 (NOON-4 p.m. CT)

Overview from WalterFootball.com:

“One of the Rebels who did an excellent job of blocking Miami’s Rueben Bain and Akheem Mesidor was left tackle Diego Pounds. Pounds was stonewalling bull rushes and cutting off the edge in pass protection….He was able to get Bain far around the pocket and tied up enough for his quarterback. Pounds got a huge block on Bain for a fourth-quarter touchdown pass that gave Ole Miss a late lead. The Fiesta Bowl tape is going to help Pounds’ draft grade, as he was very good taking on two future NFL starters and early-round picks.”
