OXFORD, Miss. – Ole Miss and head coach Pete Golding are building the final pieces of the 2026 coaching staff after the departure of the Rebels’ former head coach, leaving room for an entirely new set of personnel, offensive, and strength coaches.
Most recently, it was announced that Paul Constantine would replace Nick Savage in strength and conditioning duties for the Rebels. Through his career in the collegiate sports world, Constantine has spent more than 15 years in the business at schools such as Baylor, Houston Baptist, Indiana, and Alabama.

Arriving in Tuscaloosa in 2020, Constantine developed a strong relationship with Pete Golding, who served on the defensive staff under Nick Saban from 2018 to 2022. During his time with the Crimson Tide, Constantine not only won three SEC titles, but he also played a crucial role in player development during the 2020 National Championship season.
Soon after, in 2024, Paul accepted his first-ever professional role in the NFL with the Falcons. For the past two seasons, he worked as the Associate Director of Strength and Conditioning in Atlanta, adding yet another incredible experience to his resume.
Having spent time across numerous programs in college, the NFL, and under Nick Saban, Constantine brings an excellent level of experience to the Ole Miss locker room and is another fantastic hire from Pete Golding and the staff.
