The highly-recruited, two-way prospect from Chaminade-Madonna Prep played both wide receiver and defensive back in high school before joining the Seminoles as a member of the class of 2023.

In 2025, his redshirt sophomore season, Joseph Jr. recorded 37 total tackles(19 solo tackles), five pass breakups, three interceptions, and one forced fumble. He is known for his playmaking ability and dynamic coverage in the backfield. Having played wide receiver, he is able to make good reads and strong plays on the ball.

The 6’0, 201-pound Joseph Jr. has proven to be quite the talent, and will be a welcome addition to the Ole Miss secondary in 2026.  Key retentions and portal commitments have made the upcoming Rebels’ defense a dangerous one. Joesph Jr. has the potential to be a game changer next season for this squad.
