College Football Playoff Rankings for Week 2: Ole Miss drops one spot after win over The Citadel
OXFORD, Miss. — The second week of College Football Playoff rankings for the season were released this evening, and Ole Miss comes in at No. 7, dropping one spot after a 49-0 win over The Citadel last weekend.
The SEC has eight teams in the first round of the CFP rankings: A&M (3), Alabama (4), Georgia (5), Ole Miss (7), Texas (10), Oklahoma (11), Vanderbilt (14), and Tennessee (23). After a loss Saturday to A&M, Missouri dropped out.
