
Ole Miss football moves up one in AP Top 25 rankings

OXFORD, Miss. — Ole Miss football has moved up one spot to No. 20 in this week’s Associated Press Top 25 rankings. The Rebels defeated Georgia State, 63-7, in the team’s season opener at home Saturday.
Ole Miss also moved up one spot in the Coaches Poll, released Tuesday, to No. 14.

There are 10 SEC teams in this week’s AP top 25: LSU (3), Georgia (4), Texas (7), South Carolina (10), Florida (13), Oklahoma (18), A&M (19), Ole Miss (20), Alabama (21), and Tennessee (22).
