Injury Update: Ole Miss Friday Availability Report Released Ahead of Saturday’s Game against Arkansas

OXFORD, Miss. — The SEC Injury Availability Report for Ole Miss and Arkansas was posted Friday night, and things still look pretty good for the Rebels.

Thursday’s availability report showed just two players listed: wide receiver Traylon Ray, who remains Out, and cornerback Jaylon Braxton, who is still Questionable as he works his way back.

Friday’s final update brought no changes, giving the Rebels one of their cleanest reports of the young season. The next Availability Report will be out 90 minutes prior to kickoff Saturday.

Simmons Remains Off the List

All eyes this week were on starting quarterback Austin Simmons, who left last week’s win at Kentucky with an ankle injury but returned for the final snap in victory formation. Simmons began the week listed as Probable on Wednesday, but by Thursday and Friday he was off the report completely — a sign he could be ready to go against Sam Pittman’s Hogs Saturday.
