Chris Beard, Ole Miss land talented High Point transfer Kezza Giffa

OXFORD, Miss. – The Ole Miss men’s basketball team continued to piece together ITS roster earlier this morning through the addition of Kezza Griffa, a 6-foot-2 transfer guard with one year of eligibility.
Prior to beginning his collegiate career at the University of Texas at El Paso, the Paris, France, native played on a worldwide stage for a variety of French and European national teams. His father, Sacha Giffa, also spent a great deal of time in the EuroLeague during Kezza’s upbringing.
Giffa underwent his freshman year of college at UTEP and his sophomore year at Daytona State before taking his potential to High Point University, where he began to blossom.
Former High Point guard Kezza Giffa has committed to Ole Mis.
A 2x All-Big South 1st Team honoree, Giffa averaged 14.6 PTS per game this past season in a full time starting role.

During his time as a Panther, Giffa landed Big South First Team honors in the 2023-24 and 2024-25 seasons. In his most recent season, he shot over 30% from three-point range and 40% from the field while averaging roughly 14 points per game, 2.5 assists, and 2.5 rebounds.
Between his shot-making ability, length, and basketball experience, Giffa is an incredible addition to Ole Miss and will play an important role on Beard’s 2025-26 roster.
Giffa joins transfers Corey Chest (LSU), James Scott (Louisville), AJ Storr (Kansas), Koren Johnson (Louisville), Augusto Cassia (Butler) and Travis Perry (Kentucky).
