Flip to the ‘Sip: 4-star 2026 linebacker Izayia Williams commits to Lane Kiffin, Ole Miss

OXFORD, Miss. – Izayia Williams, a four-star linebacker in the 2026 class, took to social media earlier this morning to announce his commitment to Ole Miss, becoming a huge addition for Pete Golding and the future of his defense.
Rated as the No. 1 linebacker in his class by On3, Williams plays high school football at Tavares High School in Leesburg, Florida. Standing at 6-foot-1 and weighing 215 pounds, scouts also describe Williams as a “track and field” prospect, possessing explosive speed and a high level of athleticism.
According to Max Preps, Izayia recorded 125 total tackles, four sacks, and an interception during the 2024-25 season as a sophomore. Having an additional year to develop and grow will allow the Florida native to be college-ready as soon as he arrives on campus.
