Coming out of the 2023 high school class, the Buford (Ga.) native was a four-star prospect in the class of 2023. Haynes was rated as the No. 1 running back in the country, playing with an elite combination of speed, athleticism, and physicality. His father, Verron Haynes, spent seven years in the NFL playing for the Steelers and Falcons after spending his college days at the University of Georgia.
Despite being pursued heavily by the Bulldogs in high school, Justice ultimately committed to Nick Saban and the Crimson Tide, where he spent his first two years of eligibility. As a sophomore in 2024, Haynes earned 54 more carries compared to his freshman season, finishing the year with 79 rushing attempts for 448 yards and seven touchdowns.

Upon entering the portal, the No. 1-rated running back announced he’ll visit Ole Miss today, December 17th, followed by a visit to South Carolina later in the week. As the fanbase witnessed this fall, Lane Kiffin’s offense is most effective when an NFL-caliber running back is starting in the backfield, making Haynes a highly valued candidate for the offense.
Throughout the visit, stay tuned with The Rebel Walk for all updates regarding Justice and his recruitment. Hotty Toddy and Go Rebs!
