Rebel Recipes: Reese’s Cup Brownies are Perfect Treat for Georgia Game

OXFORD, Miss. — This has been a great week, and we hope to maintain the momentum with a big win over UGA. This week’s recipe is sure to please adults and kids (and be a good use of leftover Halloween candy). These brownies and a Rebel victory would be so very delicious!

Reese’s Cup Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 box Ghirardelli double chocolate brownie mix
  • 1/4 c water
  • 1/3 c oil
  • 1 egg
  • 9 Reese’s cups (regular size)

Directions

1) Prepare brownie batter according to directions.
2) Put 1/2 the batter in the bottom of a greased 8×8 baking dish.
3) Place 9 Reese’s cups atop the batter.
4) Pour and spread remaining batter on top of the cups.
5) Bake according to package directions (325° for 43 minutes). Cool, and serve with vanilla ice cream.
