Rebel Recipes: Enjoy Tasty Sautéed Olives as Rebels Take On Middle Tennessee State

OXFORD, Miss — This week’s 3:15 kickoff is the perfect time for snacks or even a charcuterie board. One of my favorite, easiest snacks to include are sautéed olives. Serve with fun meats, sliced cheeses, and nice crackers. Hotty Toddy and Beat MTSU!

Sautéed Olives

Ingredients

-8 oz pitted and drained Kalamata olives
-8 oz pitted and drained green olives
-2/3 cup olive oil
-4 smashed garlic cloves
-5 sprigs fresh rosemary (Clap in your hands to release aroma and flavor.)
-1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions

1) Heat olive oil on medium heat in a skillet
2) Add all other ingredients. Sauté for around 5 minutes.
3) Serve warm, or chill in a jar for 1 hour, and serve cold.
