What to Wear: Stripe the Vaught
Gameday Elements
Ole Miss fans will Stripe the Vaught in red and powder blue. Both red and powder blue poms will be available to fans. Please grab the color that coincides with your section when entering the stadium.
It’s Homecoming weekend at the Vaught, so stay in your seats during halftime for recognition of the homecoming court. Ole Miss Alumni Association Hall of Fame inductees will also be honored at halftime.
The Ole Miss Track & Field national champions will lead the Walk of Champions and Lock the Vaught. The athletes, as well as USFTCCCA Hall of Fame inductee and head coach Connie Price-Smith, will be recognized during the second quarter. In addition, with the first morning kickoff of the season, The Grove expects to be festive after the game and will remain open to fans until 6:30 p.m.
Walk of Champions Returns to Original Route
With construction completed on the University of Mississippi’s state-of-the-art Jim and Thomas Duff Center for Science and Technology Innovation, the team’s pregame walk through The Grove and into the stadium, The Walk of Champions, presented by Mid South Ford Dealers, will return to its original route running alongside the newly completed facility. See the map below for details.
Student Section Updates
Due to the record demand for tickets, and the third-consecutive largest freshman class in university history, the sold-out student section/north end zone will now be enclosed and available exclusively to Ole Miss students, allowing more students the opportunity to experience Rebel football games while protecting the area from others.
North gates (Gates 1-6) will be reserved for Ole Miss student entry only, and non-student ticket holders will not be able to enter or pass through the student section. To secure the area, gates have been installed on the interior of the concourse at the perimeters of the student section. Individuals with Ole Miss student tickets will not be able to exit the section into other parts of the stadium, and student ticket holders will also not be able to enter the stadium through non-student gates.
Students must scan their mobile student ticket at Gates 1-6 to enter. All student tickets are NFC this season. Any tickets with a barcode are not valid and will not be accepted. If your ticket has a barcode, it is void, and you must re-download. Arrive early, and please download your tickets before arriving at the stadium.
Parking Shuttle Updates
On-campus shuttle pickup and dropoff operations have been combined to increase efficiency for fans in the NWCC, SOC and OHS lots on gameday. There is no shuttle service to and from Insight Park. Fans are encouraged to download the CLUTCH! Parking app and purchase parking prior to arriving on gameday. Shuttle service begins at least five hours prior to kick.
