Ole Miss Baseball Releases 2025 Spring Schedule
OXFORD, Miss. – (Release) Ole Miss Baseball and head coach Mike Bianco have announced the details of their upcoming 2025 schedule which includes a trip to Globe Life Field in Texas and a stacked home slate of teams that will make the trip to Swayze Field.
The 2025 season will be the first to feature the elimination of divisions in the SEC. The Rebels will no longer be playing the regulars in the SEC West and are only guaranteed to play series against Arkansas and Mississippi State. Ole Miss will only play one of the two new SEC programs as they travel to Norman, Oklahoma to take on the Sooners for the first time since the 2022 College World Series Finals.
The season opens on February 14 in Arlington, Texas as the Rebels participate in the 2025 Shriners Children’s College Showdown at Globe Life Field. They will play games against Arizona, Clemson, and a non-conference game against Texas.
Ole Miss’ home opener will take place on February 18against Arkansas State, in what will be the first of 13-consecutive games at Swayze Field. The Rebels will welcome Eastern Kentucky (February 21-23), Wright State (February 28-March 1), and Jacksonville State (March 7-9) for weekend series while also hosting Southern Miss, Southeastern Louisiana, and Murray State for midweek matchups.
The Rebels will play a road midweek at South Alabama on March 11 before returning to Oxford for SEC Opening Weekend against Arkansas on March 14-16.
Ole Miss’ annual matchup with Southern Miss at Trustmark Park will take place on March 18 before the team heads to Columbia, Missouri to take on the Tigers in a March 21-23 series.
The Florida Gators come to town at the end of March before Ole Miss heads to Lexington, Kentucky to open the month of April.
The National Champion Tennessee Volunteers come to Oxford April 11-13 before the Rebels head to Columbia, South Carolina on April 17-19. The annual Governor’s Cup game between the Rebels and Mississippi State will take place on April 22 at Trustmark Park.
Ole Miss will host Vanderbilt on the final weekend of April before going on back-to-back road trips to Oklahoma and Starkville to open May.
The Rebels’ final home regular season series comes on May 15-17 as they host the Auburn Tigers.
The SEC Tournament will run from May 20-25 in Hoover, Alabama and will be the first time that all 16 teams make it to the postseason.
The conference play portion of the schedule is subject to change for television, including the move of some conference series to begin on Thursdays.
