Ole Miss Football No. 6 in the Preseason Coaches Top 25 Poll
Oxford, Miss – As teams are in fall camp preparing for their season openers in a few weeks, the US LMB Coaches Top 25 Poll released its preseason poll on Monday.
Ole Miss comes in at number six in the country.
This is the highest preseason ranking for the Rebels since 1970 when Ole Miss was No. 5 in the Associated Press.
Ole Miss is coming into the 2024 season after a historic run in last season going 11-2 including a 38-25 Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl win over Penn State.
Ole Miss joins eight other teams from the SEC in this preseason poll 1. Georgia, 4. Texas, 5. Alabama, 11. Missouri, 12. LSU, 15. Tennessee, 16. Oklahoma, 20. Texas A&M.

Ole Miss opens the 2024 season on August 31st as they play host to Furman. Kickoff is set for 6 p.m. on SEC Network+.
