BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (May 27, 2024)—–A record 11 Southeastern Conference baseball teams have been selected to compete for the 2024 NCAA Division I Baseball Championship, according to an announcement Monday by the NCAA Division I Baseball Committee.

SEC squads earned the top three seeds and four of the top-five in the 64-team field. Tennessee was selected as the No. 1 overall seed, followed by No. 2 Kentucky and No. 3 Texas A&M. Arkansas earned the No. 5 seed, and Georgia earned the No. 7 seed.
