Following his visit with Ole Miss, Hogg spoke with The Rebel Walk and offered his thoughts on the intensity brought to the field by offensive line coach John Garrison.
“I like his coaching style. He is very strict, so he gets down to the point. Even if his players messed up slightly, he would ask them to go back and redo it. I think that’s a great attribute as a coach.”

Additionally, Langston also took note of some of his favorite parts about the Manning Center, including the brand-new weight room, which officially opened last summer.
“The facilities were really nice. The new weight room is outstanding. It’s a big improvement from what I’ve heard from last time. Their weight room was awesome.”

In terms of his recruitment, Hogg has received offers from Oregon, North Carolina State, Vanderbilt, Georgia Southern, and others.
This spring, he’s also been on the campuses of Ole Miss, Alabama, Clemson, and South Carolina. Despite not having an offer from the Rebels, Hogg mentioned that Coach Garrison had already begun conversations about hosting him for another visit over the summer.

As an incoming junior, Hogg has plenty of time to make a decision, but as his playing capabilities get more recognition, Ole Miss will be glad to have a foot is in the door early.
