SEC Men’s Basketball Tournament 2024: Bracket, full schedule announced; Rebels face A&M on Thursday
OXFORD, Miss. — The men’s basketball bracket and schedule for the 2024 SEC Tournament have been finalized, and the Rebels will open with Texas A&M on Thursday.
The final regular season games in the league took place Saturday. Tennessee had already clinched the No. 1 seed in the tournament. After Kentucky defeated the Vols in Knoxville Saturday, the Wildcats earn the No. 2 seed in this year’s SEC Tournament.
Alabama and Auburn also clinched double-byes while South Carolina and Florida take the single-byes.

The Tournament begins Wednesday, March 13 as the No. 11-14 seeds will start play in Nashville.
Georgia will play Missouri, and Vanderbilt will play Arkansas.
Then, Mississippi State, LSU, South Carolina, Ole Miss, Texas A&M and Florida will play their first games of the SEC Tournament on Thursday.
The top 4 seeds of Tennessee, Auburn, Kentucky and Alabama will begin play in the quarterfinals on Friday.
