At Ashdown, Blankenship served as the team’s long snapper, but that’s not all he did. The 6-foot-3, 230-pounder also played tight end and defensive end.
Thank you Ashdown Panther coaches, teammates and fans for the memories that will last a life time. As quickly as one chapter ends another starts. I am forever grateful!!!

Blankenship thanked all those who have supported him on his recruiting journey.
“AGTG! First of all, I’d like to thank God for all the blessings in my life. I’d like to thank my family for the ongoing support and love they have shown throughout my whole recruitment! To the coaches that coached me throughout my lifetime and the coaches that recruited me throughout the process, “THANK YOU!” for everything! With that being said I am taking my academic and athletic abilities to the University of Mississippi!”
