Sports Editor Adam Brown Joins The Rebel Walk Staff
OXFORD, Miss. — The Rebel Walk is very pleased to announce the addition of Sports Editor Adam Brown to our staff.
“It’s an honor joining The Rebel Walk as the Sports Editor and continuing to cover Ole Miss Athletics,” Brown said Wednesday. “I have been on the beat for almost 12 years covering all things Ole Miss sports and look forward to continuing bringing stories to Rebels.”
Brown comes to us from HottyToddy.com, and we are excited to have a writer and editor with his expertise on board with us. As we have continued to grow — thanks to our many loyal readers — our staff has expanded and Adam brings a tremendous skill-set to our team.
“I got my start as the Sports Editor of HottyToddy.com and developed my craft to be able to bring readers closer to the teams and players on the fields and court,” Brown explained.
A native of Oxford, Brown brings a wealth of experience from his time covering sports in the Oxford and Ole Miss communities.
“Over the years, I have covered Ole Miss in many bowl games, a Sweet Sixteen run last season in women’s basketball, to two trips to Omaha for baseball,” Brown said. “Including the first National Championship back in the 2022 season.”
Brown will cover all sports for us and offer his unique insights into the players and teams he covers.
“Again, I want to thank Evie and The Rebel Walk for allowing me to come on board,” Brown said.
The pleasure is all ours, Adam! Here’s Adam’s first article for The Rebel Walk, as he takes a look at what A&M head coach Jimbo Fisher had to say about the Aggies’ upcoming game against Ole Miss.
