Rebel Recipes: King’s Hawaiian Breakfast Bites for an 11:00 a.m. kickoff vs. ULM
OXFORD, Miss. — I can’t believe the season is almost over! We have another 11 a.m. kickoff this weekend, so get your Bloody Marys and mimosas ready. This week’s recipe features one of my favorite ingredients: King’s Hawaiian Rolls. Let’s get back in the win column and beat ULM!

King’s Hawaiian Breakfast Bites

 

Ingredients:

  • King’s Hawaiian Original Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
  • 1 lb ground sausage
  • 1 dozen medium eggs
  • 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Everything bagel seasoning
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • Green onions (optional)

Directions:

  1. Hollow out King’s Hawaiian Original Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
  2. Fill rolls with sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, and scrambled eggs
  3. Brush melted butter on top of rolls, then top with salt, pepper, everything bagel seasoning, and grated parmesan cheese
  4. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes (optional: top with green onions.)
