Ole Miss Moves up to No. 9 in the College Football Playoff Rankings
OXFORD, Miss. – The College Football Playoff committee released its second playoff poll of the 2023 season on Tuesday night. Ole Miss climbed one spot this week to No. 9.

Ole Miss (8-1, 5-1 SEC) came in last week at No. 10 in the first poll of the season. The Rebels are coming off a 38-35 victory over Texas A&M this past weekend as they put up 518 total yards of offense on the Aggies’ defense.
This season, Ole Miss is currently riding a five-game win streak that began after their loss to Alabama (24-10) back in September.
Ole Miss is one of six teams from the SEC in this week’s poll with the Georgia Bulldogs ranked the highest at No. 2.

On Saturday, Ole Miss will take on the Georgia Bulldogs in a top-10 matchup in Athens. Kickoff is set for 6 p.m. on ESPN.
