SEC Media Days: Johnson, Judkins and Prince set to join Coach Kiffin, represent Ole Miss in Nashville

OXFORD, Miss. — The Southeastern Conference today announced the official student-athlete attendee listing for 2023 SEC Football Kickoff Media Days to be held at the Nashville Grand Hyatt July 17-20, and Cedric Johnson, Quinshon Judkins and Deantre Prince will represent Ole Miss.

Cedric Johnson

Johnson is a senior defensive end from Mobile, Alabama. He earned third-team honors after recording 32 tackles, four sacks, and one fumble recovery last year. He is expected to be a key part of new defensive coordinator Pete Golding’s defensive line rotation this fall.

Quinshon Judkins

Judkins is a sophomore running back from Pike Road, Alabama. He has been named preseason first-team All-SEC after he led the league last season in carries (274), rushing yards (1,567), and rushing touchdowns (16) as a true freshman in 2022. The reigning SEC Freshman of the Year was recently named to the preseason All-America Team.

Deantre Prince

Prince is senior from Charleston, Mississippi. He is the veteran in the Ole Miss cornerbacks room entering the upcoming season. He earned fourth-team All-SEC preseason honors after recording 26 tackles, one TFL, one interception, and 12 pass breakups last season.
