Ole Miss lands commitment from big-bodied, speedy JUCO wide receiver Marquis Willis
OXFORD, Miss. — Ole Miss head coach Lane Kiffin picked up another big pledge Saturday afternoon as Coahoma Community College wide receiver Marquis Willis committed to the Rebels at this weekend’s Juice Fest, 2023.
Willis’ commit comes on the heels of Friday night’s commit from Clemson transfer linebacker T.J. Dudley.

The 6-foot-3, 218-pound Willis is not only just a big-bodied receiver — he’s fast. Reports out of this weekend’s camp are that he ran a 4.3 40-yard dash…holy cow!
Willis, younger brother of Liberty and Tennessee Titan QB Malik Willis, hails from Roswell, Georgia. After high school, he attended Northeast Georgia Prep for one semester before later going to Coahoma.
During his freshman campaign at Coahoma, Willis tallied 20 catches for 281 yards and four touchdowns. In high school, Willis finished with 91 receptions for 1,296 yards and 10 TDs.
Former Ole Miss legendary offensive lineman Terrence Metcalf — and father of DK — is the head coach of Coahoma.
From what we are hearing, Willis will play at Coahoma this fall and report to Oxford in January with three years to play two.
Stay tuned for more info on Juice Fest ’23!
