Ole Miss receives commit from 3-star NOLA cornerback Bernard Causey
OXFORD, Miss. — Ole Miss football landed another talented player from the class of 2024 as three-star cornerback Bernard Causey committed Wednesday afternoon.

The 6-foot, 160-pound Causey is a Louisiana native, playing for John F. Kennedy High School in New Orleans.
Causey is ranked as the No. 926 overall prospect in the cycle, as well as the No. 76 corner and the No. 29 recruit in the state of Louisiana, according to the 247Sports Composite index.

The 2024 JFK corner chose the Rebels over Colorado, Mississippi State, Indiana, Illinois, Nebraska, et al.

He selected the Rebels over Mississippi State, Missouri, Illinois, Colorado, Texas Tech, Indiana, Nebraska and others.
Causey is the Rebels’ 13th commit in the 2024 class. Ole Miss is sitting at No. 21 in the team recruiting rankings.
This past weekend, Ole Miss picked up commitments from Austin Simmons (2023 QB), Travaris Banks (2024 S) and Cameron Clark (2024 ATH), followed by the pledge from offensive lineman John Wayne Oliver on Tuesday.
