Rebels Hold Position in Latest D1 Baseball Top 25
OXFORD, Miss. – The day after Ole Miss finished off an electric series victory over Maryland, D1 Baseball released the newest edition of the top 25. The Rebels improved to 6-1 on the season, winning two out of three over then No. 13 Maryland, but that wasn’t enough to move them up, as they held firmly at No. 4.

LSU remains No. 1, despite a loss to unranked Iowa, and Stanford and Tennessee each remain at No. 2 and No. 3 respectively, despite having two losses apiece overall. The Rebels were the only team out of the top four to play a series against a ranked opponent over the weekend. The top three did not play a single game against a ranked opponent.

The Rebels have a two-game set with Louisiana Tech at home on Tuesday and Wednesday before heading to Minnesota for the Cambria College Classic. The Rebels will face Maryland once more on Friday, followed by Minnesota and Nebraska to finish out the weekend.
