Tennessee Minor League Baseball Team Has Promotion Where Fans Throw Mustard at Fake Lane Kiffin
Just when you think Tennessee fans couldn’t show any more displeasure with Ole Miss head coach Lane Kiffin, Vols fans top themselves, yet again.
Following Coach Kiffin’s departure from Tennessee after one year as head coach — and his Rebels beating the Vols in Knoxville in 2021 — suffice it to say, he’s not their favorite.
Ole Miss’ 31-26 win last season prompted angry Tennessee fans to throw mustard onto the field.
Well, now the Tennessee Smokies Minor League baseball team is joining in on the Kiffin-bashing. Literally.
On Saturday, the team offered fans an opportunity to throw mustard bottles at a skeleton that had Coach Kiffin’s face on it. (No, you can’t make this up!)

Kiffin, in his inimitable style, is always good natured about such things. He tweeted the following:
Glad that kid wasn’t in Neyland last fall 😂. @finebaum get him on the show see if he can hit me from 40 rows up 🍿 #JustMeansMore @SEC @OleMissFB @Vol_Football https://t.co/WIX1lVRGaq

You have to love how Coach Kiffin takes anything that comes his way. Hotty Toddy!
