Ole Miss Picks Up Big Commitment from 4-Star Cornerback Davison Igbinosun
OXFORD, Miss. — Ole Miss picked up a big commitment for the class of 2022 Saturday as four-star cornerback Davison Igbinosun made his decision to attend Ole Miss, announcing at the All-American Bowl.
He chose the Rebels over his other finalists, Rutgers, Tennessee and Kentucky.

Igbinosun did not play in the game after testing positive for COVID this week.
“Unfortunately I tested positive for COVID-19 even after being fully vaccinated and being asymptomatic so I will not be able to play in the All-American Game,” Igbinosun said via a tweet.
“Senior season got cut short due to COVID and now the same for my last high school game, God has something greater for me, he added.

Igbinosun is listed as the nation’s No. 17 cornerback and No. 115 prospect overall, according to 247Sports. He becomes a centerpiece of the 2022 Rebels’ class alongside fellow four-stars in Jaron Willis, Zxavian Harris and Taylor Groves.
