Shark Snacks: Jalapeño Poppers
This dish incorporates three of my favorite things: spice, bacon, and cheese! Plus, with the cooler temps FINALLY arriving, these will warm you up for sure! The recipe can easily be doubled or tripled for a crowd.
These peppers put the HOT in HOTTY TODDY!
Ingredients
-10 jalapeños, halved lengthwise with stem and seeds removed
-1 8oz block of softened cream cheese
-1 envelope of Italian dressing and seasoning mix (Good Seasons brand, located on the salad dressing aisle.)
-1 package of bacon
Directions
1) Mix cheese and Italian seasoning together with a hand mixer.
2) Cut bacon in half.
3) Stuff peppers with cream cheese mixture.
4) Wrap with halves of bacon.
5) Bake on a greased cookie sheet at 425° for 20 minutes or until sizzling and bacon is brown.
