Nkemdiche excited for brother’s return

Ole Miss fans will be happy to see Denzel Nkemdiche on the field against Vandy Saturday–but they won’t be the only ones glad to have the junior linebacker return to the Rebel defense.

Sophomore defensive tackle Robert Nkemdiche is thrilled his older brother, an all-SEC linebacker for both his first two seasons at Ole Miss, will rejoin their fellow teammates at LP Field Saturday (3:30 p.m., ESPN).

After having been suspended for spring practice and the first game of this season, Denzel Nkemdiche is finally able to get back to the game he and his brother love.

Following the win over Boise State, The Rebel Walk asked Robert if he was excited about Denzel’s upcoming appearance. Robert explained how great it was to play in the Georgia Dome in his home state that night against Boise State, as well as expressed how much it will mean to him to have Denzel competing with him once again.
